Teletubbies and the Moon

A couple of recent developments. Thomas has discovered the moon somehow. When we come home (when it is still daylight, in the late afternoon) he will search the sky until he finds it and then point and say "moon! moon!". Cute factor +5. The obsession with the Teletubbies is increasing. Olga loaned him the Laa Laa doll and he has been taking it everywhere. He still thinks that all of the teletubbies are "ya ya"'s, but knows that the vacuum cleaner "noo noo" is something different.

Kids are so funny

Funny Thomas visual of the day - I was sitting in the kitchen, worn out from an exhausting day and Thomas got into the cupboards, pulled out two similarly sized pans, put one foot in each of them and then attempted to walk around the house with the pans on his feet like shoes! Wish I could've gotten a picture!

Day at the zoo

Today we took Thomas to the zoo - it was so much fun! He's starting to get curious about all the animals - although he thinks they are all "doggie". He also had such a good time running around all over the place. We got to get a real close up view of a tiger which was really cool and also the Ostrichs are in a temporary location where you get very close - which really was interesting to Thomas. I think they made him a little nervous - at least they sure made ME nervous! :-) Anyway, it was fun and I think all of us had a really nice time - Great family day!
