Alex takes a swim

In other family news, Alex sure gave us a scare Thursday night. He apparently got out (we didn't see him?1?) and we couldn't find him anywhere - all night! Friday morning I called the Animal Control and they had him - he had taken himself for a walk up McLaren Park and was picked up while swimming in the reservoir! Is that totally Alex or what? San Francisco Animal Control is really wonderful - I was really impressed.
