Halloween 2008

It seems like things are always way too busy to post, I've got about 5 blog entries in my mind that have never made it on (virtual) paper. Oh well...this is life with twins.

Halloween this year was wonderful...we have such a great neighborhood for it. I guess I'm old fashioned because I don't get the whole going to the mall, commercial Halloween thing - for me this is a neighborhood holiday, for the children and the neighborhood families...I feel very lucky that we have a good neighborhood for it where a lot of families pass out candy and we always run out of time before we run out of houses. This year was even nicer because our neighbors, Chris and Cris and their 1 year old son, Noah, came with us. We walked one block over to Miramar and just went up one side of Miramar and then down the other side and then all of us just walked over to the local pizza joint for dinner. It was fantastic, just a wonderful Halloween.
