Made through a week without E

Well, Thomas and I made it through our week without Emmett. It was hard, but I think I handled it pretty well. The house didn't fall apart - in fact, was neater and cleaner than when he left and we ate well. I actually grocery shopped and cooked four different meals. Thomas and I only ended up eating out that first night, which I was pretty proud of cause I generally am not crazy about cooking for just the two of us.

On Wednesday I made us homemade stovetop macaroni and cheese...
